Privacy Policy

LAZO BLINDS respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through lazoblinds.com is collected and used.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, project address, preferred language, measurements, project details, reviews, uploaded photos, communication preferences, and information about how the website is used.

How we use information

We use information to respond to estimate requests, discuss products and installation, provide customer service, display customer reviews you submit, maintain website security, improve our services, and keep business records.

Marketing choices

Submitting an estimate request or review authorizes LAZO BLINDS to contact you about that specific request or service. Promotional emails or texts are optional and are sent only when you select the separate marketing-consent checkbox. Marketing consent is not required to receive an estimate or purchase services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting anayslazo@lazoblinds.com. Marketing emails will include an available opt-out method.

Photos and reviews

Photos submitted with estimate requests are stored privately for project review. Reviews and review photos may be displayed publicly on the website. Contact us if you want a submitted public review removed.

Sharing and service providers

We may use website hosting, storage, email, analytics, and other service providers to operate the website and respond to requests. We do not sell personal information submitted through the website.

Data retention and security

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and website operation. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and business-record requirements, by emailing us.
